What makes Aspect coffee different?

At Aspect Coffee, we believe great coffee is more than flavour, it’s a moment, a pause, a ritual. That’s why we craft every roast with care and passion, so your first sip of the day feels as good as the last.

Our beans are ethically sourced, roasted in small batches, and chosen for their depth, character, and quality. From the farmers who grow them to the final pour in your cup, every step matters. Do you offer ground coffee or just whole beans?

We offer both! You can choose whole beans if you love grinding fresh at home, or select from our grind options so your coffee is ready to brew straight out of the bag.

What grind size should I choose?

Choosing the right grind makes all the difference:

  • Espresso – fine grind, perfect for espresso machines.
  • Filter / Pour-over – medium grind for a clean, balanced brew.
  • French Press / Cafetière – coarse grind for rich, full-bodied coffee.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee beans or ground coffee in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. For best results, store them in an airtight container and only grind as much as you need. This way, your coffee stays fresh, aromatic, and full of flavour.

Do you offer gift cards or subscriptions?

Yes, we offer both! Gift cards are the perfect present for coffee lovers, and our subscriptions mean you’ll never run out of fresh Aspect coffee at home.

When will I get my order?

Because nobody likes waiting for good coffee, we will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return policy?

Because coffee is a fresh and perishable product, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans once they have been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

If your beans are still sealed and unopened, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We keep our shipping rates simple and affordable, so you can spend less time worrying about delivery and more time enjoying your coffee:

  • Standard Delivery - £2.50 (2–4 business days, for orders under £45))
  • Express Delivery - £3.50 (1–3 business days, for orders under £45)
  • Next Working Day Service - £5.00
  • Standard DeliveryFree for orders £45.00 and up (2–4 business days)

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within the UK. However, we’re always happy to help, if you’d like to arrange an international order, just drop us an email and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Gift Cards

How do I receive my gift card?

All our gift cards are delivered digitally via email, no physical cards are sent. You’ll receive your gift card directly to your inbox shortly after purchase, ready to use or forward to someone special.

Can I send the gift card to someone else?

Absolutely! Once you receive the digital card by email, you can easily forward it to your recipient with your own personal message. Or alternately you can put the recipient's email in the "sent to" section above.

How long is the gift card valid for?

Our gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to choose your favourite coffee or explore new blends.

Can the gift card be used more than once?

Yes! As long as there’s balance remaining on the card, it can be used across multiple purchases until it’s fully spent.

Can I use a discount code when buying a gift card?

Discount codes can’t be applied to the purchase of a gift card, but the recipient can use their card on any product or promotion available on our website.

Can I get a physical version of the gift card?

Not at the moment, our gift cards are digital-only, making them quick, easy, and eco-friendly to send and receive.

What happens if I lose my gift card email?

No worries, just reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to resend your digital gift card to the original purchaser’s email address.
